2 Definitions

- "Subscription" refers to the paid plan that grants you access to the British IPTV service for a specified duration.
- "Credentials" refers to the login details (M3U link, Xtream Codes, username, and password) provided to you upon successful subscription.

3 British IPTV Subscription & Plans
UK Ospreys offers the following British IPTV subscription plans, each providing full access to all channels, video-on-demand content, sports packages, and customer support:
- 1 Month — €14.99 (one-time payment)
- 3 Months — €29.99 (one-time payment)
- 6 Months — €34.99 (one-time payment)
- 12 Months — €44.99 (one-time payment — Most Popular)
All British IPTV subscription plans are pre-paid for the selected duration. There are no automatic renewals — your subscription will simply expire at the end of the paid period. To continue using the Service, you must purchase a new subscription by contacting our WhatsApp support team.
All plans include identical features and access. The only difference between plans is the duration and the corresponding price. Full plan details are available on our Subscription page.
Note: UK Ospreys reserves the right to modify subscription pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect existing active subscriptions and will only apply to new purchases or renewals after the effective date of the change.
4 Payments for British IPTV
All British IPTV subscription payments are processed through our WhatsApp ordering system. When you select a plan, you will be directed to our WhatsApp support team, who will provide you with secure payment instructions and process your order.
Prices are displayed in Euros (€) on the Website. Payment must be completed in full before your British IPTV subscription is activated. Upon successful payment, your login credentials will be delivered to you via WhatsApp, typically within minutes of confirmation.
You are responsible for ensuring that the payment information you provide is accurate and that sufficient funds are available. UK Ospreys is not liable for any delays caused by payment processing issues on your end.
5 Refund Policy — British IPTV
UK Ospreys is committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your British IPTV subscription, please contact our WhatsApp support team to discuss your concerns. We will endeavour to resolve any issues promptly.
Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. To be considered for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- The refund request must be submitted within 7 days of the original purchase date.
- You must provide a clear description of the issue that could not be resolved by our support team.
- Refunds will not be granted for issues caused by the Subscriber's internet connection, incompatible devices, or failure to follow setup instructions.
- Refunds will not be issued for partial use of a subscription period.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7 to 14 business days. To submit a refund request, please message our WhatsApp team.
6 Account & Access to British IPTV
Upon purchasing a British IPTV subscription, you will receive unique login credentials via WhatsApp. These credentials are personal to you and must not be shared, sold, distributed, or transferred to any third party.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify our support team immediately via our contact page.
UK Ospreys reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that is found to be in violation of these Terms, including but not limited to credential sharing, reselling, or any form of unauthorised distribution.
7 Acceptable Use of British IPTV
By subscribing to UK Ospreys British IPTV, you agree to use the Service in a lawful and responsible manner. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Sharing, reselling, or redistributing your account credentials or the Service itself to any third party.
- Recording, downloading, capturing, or redistributing any content streamed through the Service.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service, its software, or its servers.
- Using the Service for any commercial purpose without prior written consent from UK Ospreys.
- Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any technological protection measures implemented by UK Ospreys.
- Using the Service in a manner that disrupts or interferes with other subscribers' use of the Service.
Violation of any of these acceptable use provisions may result in immediate suspension or termination of your British IPTV subscription without refund.
8 British IPTV Service Availability
UK Ospreys strives to maintain the highest possible uptime for our British IPTV service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service at all times. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled or unscheduled server maintenance and upgrades.

UK Ospreys does not guarantee the availability of any particular channel, programme, or content item. Channel counts and VOD library sizes mentioned on our Website are approximate and subject to variation.
9 Device Compatibility with British IPTV
Our British IPTV service is compatible with a wide range of devices, including but not limited to Smart TVs (Samsung, LG, Android TV), Amazon Fire TV Stick, Android phones and tablets, iPhones and iPads, Windows and Mac computers, and MAG devices. While we strive for broad compatibility, UK Ospreys does not guarantee that the Service will function on every device or operating system version. It is your responsibility to ensure that your device meets the minimum requirements for IPTV streaming before purchasing a subscription.

10 Intellectual Property
All content available through the UK Ospreys British IPTV service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is the property of UK Ospreys or its respective content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The UK Ospreys name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, and branding are the exclusive property of UK Ospreys. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any of our branding or intellectual property without prior written consent.
Content streamed through the Service is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content without the prior written consent of the relevant rights holders.
11 Privacy & Data Protection
UK Ospreys respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide when using our British IPTV service. We collect only the minimum information necessary to deliver the Service, process payments, and provide customer support.
The information we may collect includes your name or alias, WhatsApp contact number, payment details, device information relevant to setup, and usage data for service improvement purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Limitation of Liability

UK Ospreys shall not be held responsible for any losses resulting from service interruptions, data loss, content changes, third-party actions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you paid for your most recent British IPTV subscription.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under the laws of England and Wales.
13 Termination of British IPTV Service
Your British IPTV subscription will automatically expire at the end of your paid subscription period. There are no automatic renewals or ongoing charges.
UK Ospreys reserves the right to suspend or terminate your subscription immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any of these Terms. In the event of termination due to a breach of Terms, no refund shall be provided for any remaining unused subscription period.
You may discontinue your use of the British IPTV service at any time by simply ceasing to use it. As subscriptions are pre-paid, no refund will be provided for early discontinuation unless the conditions set out in Section 5 (Refund Policy) are met.
14 Changes to These Terms
UK Ospreys reserves the right to update, modify, or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the British IPTV service after the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated conditions. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should discontinue your use of the Service.
For significant changes that materially affect your rights or obligations, we will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via our Website or WhatsApp communications.
